Keith Miller Tyler TX Obituary & Death: Keith Miller, a respected personal injury lawyer and owner of the Law Office of Keith Miller, has passed away. Miller, a Tyler native, had a distinguished legal career spanning over three decades. He died on Friday, leaving behind a legacy of dedication and service to the East Texas community.
Miller’s journey began in Tyler, where he attended Tyler Junior College before pursuing a degree from North Texas State University in Denton, graduating in 1980. His career in law started with roles as an investigator and law clerk at Erksine, Smith & McMahon, followed by two years as an adjuster with State Farm. He went on to law school, earning his license to practice law in 1990 and establishing his own practice in East Texas.
Despite his passing, Miller’s law office located at 100 Ferguson St. in Tyler will continue to operate under the management of attorney Shane McGuire. McGuire, who worked closely with Miller on numerous cases, expressed his deep sadness and admiration for his late colleague. “Keith was a legend in the legal field,” McGuire stated. “It was an honor to work alongside him on hundreds of cases. I will greatly miss our conversations, not just about legal strategy but about life. My family and I are deeply saddened by this loss.”
